The ABC will broadcast the Asian Cup finals free-to-air in 2015.

The national broadcaster has signed an agreement with Fox Sports, but it means the ABC will have to show the matches up until the quarter-finals on a two-hour delay.

ABC will broadcast all Socceroos matches live from the quarter-finals onwards.

ABC radio will also get the coverage, utilising its existing Grandstand coverage used for the A-League.

Before the competition kicks off, the ABC will also broadcast the Socceroos’ Japan friendly in Nagai on November 18.

In a first for the broadcaster, the matches will also be streamed on it’s online portal, iview.

The tournament kicks off on January 9 with the Socceroos taking on Kuwait at AAMI Park in Melbourne.
