Following the overwhelming response last year, Multicultural SA is once again offering their Women’s Leadership Course.

The 10-month long program delivered by TAFE SA is aimed at women who are either already in, or well-placed to be in a position to be in leading or supervisory roles in their workplace, a community organisation, or a multicultural community group.

Successful participants will graduate with a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Leadership and Management qualification that is delivered in a unique way.

The Women’s Leadership Course is an initiative of Multicultural SA in partnership with the South Australian Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs Commission and TAFE SA and is tailored to recognise and harness the knowledge, skills, and qualities women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds bring to their leadership roles.

Aside from new knowledge and skills, the course is aimed at building confidence and empowering participants to take on leadership positions.

The course is free for successful participants; eligible applicants must be employed either full or part-time and be bi-cultural or bilingual, and proficient in verbal and written English. Applicants are also encouraged to be involved with a community organisation or club.

Applications are open until 20 January 2018. For more information visit multicultural.sa.gov.au/
