As part of Term 2 of the 2014 Greek History and Culture Seminars hosted by the Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria, lecture Greek Civilisation as a Theme of Dissidence in the Work of Ismail Kadare will be given by Professor Peter Morgan.

Peter Morgan is Director of the European Studies program at the University of Sydney. His recent publications include Ismail Kadare: The Writer and the Dictatorship 1957-1990.

Ismail Kadare is a best selling Albanian writer, whose works have been published in over 30 languages.
