Enjoy all things Greek at Prahran Market’s very own Greek Festival.

In a day of music, food and fun, those attending won’t be short of entertainment.

As part of the jam-packed program, roving musicians will play a range of traditional Greek music from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, followed by Greek dance performances accompanied by a Greek band in the Market Square from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm.

In addition to the vibrant Greek music, it wouldn’t be a true Greek fiesta without an abundance of food!

There will be Greek cooking demonstrations taking place at Blanco Kitchen, along with tasty Greek street food on offer for purchase, including Hellenic
Hotdogs and Taki’s Balls amongst others.

Organisers have all the family covered including the little ones, with free kids activities taking place in Harvest Hall; and make sure to keep an eye out for the ancient Greek Hoplites and Evzon Honour Guards as they rove through the market to have your photo taken.

Set to be a great day out, get set for a tonne of tastings, samples and promotions on offer by participating traders.

Look out for the blue and white balloons!
