Ingredients:
2 cups of sesame seeds
2 barley rusks
2 cups of blond raisins
2-6 tablespoons of water
*Note: The directions here are from an old recipe. I would bypass the mortar and pestle and crush everything in a blender.

Method:
1. In a large dry frypan that is on a low heat sauté the sesame seeds for 2-4 minutes until they are a light golden colour. Remove from heat and put aside.
2. Crush half of the sesame in a mortar and pestle and place in bowl.
3. Break up the rusks in the same way, as fine as possible, and mix in with the sesame.
4. Add the raisins and continue to beat till mixture is wet (you might need to add a few drops of water to get the consistency).
5. Make small balls and roll in remaining sesame seeds.
