You super sweet party on MTV
If you are a spoilt little Aussie Greek rich girl and daddy's gonna buy you a new car for your 16th then MTV wants you!
My Sweet 16 participant Margaret Ann got a ski jet as well as a Hummer for her 16th birthday!
If you have access to MTV, then you have a front row seat to some of the most outrageous reality shows on air today.
Topping the list of must-see reality viewing is the franchise My Super Sweet 16, a series documenting the lives of teenagers – spoilt teenagers – whose wealthy parents throw lavish coming of age celebrations with no limits.
The show premiered in January 2005 and has since escalated to include parties for all occasions; sweet 16, super sweet 21, and even super swag 18. The series also branches out to cover a number of celebrity coming-of-age parties from Snoop Dogg's nephew Bow Wow, to controversial pop singer Chris Brown.
After achieving remarkable success in the United States, MTV produced a UK version of the program as well as a Spanish franchise; the concept has well and truly taken a global turn, and UK producers are now asking for your help in creating the next season of super sweet parties.
The latest chapter in the super sweet saga is simply titled MTV's Super Sweet: Worldwide, where the concept will take more of an adult turn.
The casting agency is searching internationally for guests from Europe and the United States to Australia of course, between now and the end of August.
They are searching for people who are planning or throwing an impressive, extravagant, wild and lavish celebration. If you are willing to apply, you could take part in your very own episode on a successful international format.
Like its predecessors, the show is an international commission and therefore will screen across all MTV territories - 30 countries including Greece and Australia.
This commission will be different from previous series as casting agents are looking for older contributors and to give the show a more mature edge. For the first time in its history, this version of Super Sweet is scheduled to broadcast post 9pm, allowing producers to adapt the tone and content to really reflect a new direction; edgier and older.
Super Sweet: Worldwide will follow young affluent individuals hosting extravagant parties, not just in the United Kingdom but also from around the world.
If you are aged between 16 and 25, planning to host a massive event and interested in auditioning, email castingworldwide@gmail.com.
