One of the best comics of modern Greek theatre, Thymios Karakatsanis, passed away last Saturday
One of the best comics of modern Greek theatre, Thymios Karakatsanis, passed away last Saturday.
He had associated himself with the comedies of Aristophanes, with regular performances at the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus. He had also featured in a number of Greek films, while also working as a theatre director.
Karakatsanis passed away aged 72.
