The Greek Australian Cultural League of Melbourne (GACLM) has announced the return of the Antipodean Palette Group Exhibition, set to take place in August.

Now in its sixth year, the event has become an annual highlight on the league’s calendar, and is the perfect opportunity to celebrate diverse works by artists within the community.

The exhibition also acts as a forum to present and discuss creations that have been subject to influence from two cultures.

As preparations are currently under way, artists of all ages are being invited to submit their works, namely those who are up-and-coming.

Established in 1970, the GACLM is a non-profit organisation that aims to support the creative endeavours of Greek Australian writers, artists and musicians, and has been awarded a Medal for Excellence in Multicultural Affairs & Meritorious Service to the Community.

The exhibition will be held at Steps Gallery, 62 Lygon Street, Carlton from August 16-August 23.
