Dora's recipe: Cold pasta with olives
Another great dish, using olives as the key ingredient
Ingredients
1 packet of spiral pasta
1 can of tomato puree
400 grams of pitted black olives
200 grams feta cheese crumbled
1/2 cup of very good olive oil
1 -2 teaspoons of oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Some fresh flat leaf basil
Method
1. Cook pasta, put aside to cool
2. Place the cooled pasta in a bowel and add all the ingredients except the basil
3. Mix well and put the fresh basil on top before serving
Note: This is a very easy meal and delicious, I have made it often on the spur of the moment when I run out of ideas.
