Dora's recipe: Yoghurt, walnut and cucumber soup
A soup served cold and you can add ice cubes if you want that a chilling taste sensation
Ingredients
100 grams stale bread
100 grams yoghurt
2 cloves garlic
1 large cucumber
1-tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill
A little chopped mint
Salt
Method
1. Soak bread, grate cucumber and squeeze out water.
2. Crush garlic with and walnuts, squeeze water from bread and add bread and yoghurt at the same time.
3. Season with salt and add dill.
4. Chill for at least one hour and serve sprinkle with 3 or 4 mint leaves.
