For the month of February, City of Monash residents are asked to comment on the council’s walking and cycling strategy which is aimed at making Monash a walking and cycling friendly city.
Monash Mayor Stefanie Perri said community input was vital to make sure “Monash is a safe and enjoyable place to walk and ride your bike”.
Discussion forums will be held from 7:00 pm to 8.30 pm at the Clayton Community Centre, Cooke St, Clayton, on Monday 27 February and at the Monash Civic Centre, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley on Wednesday 29 February from 7:00 pm to 8.30 pm. An online survey is also available for people to give their feedback throughout this month on the council’s website, or hard copies are available from council facilities.
