From Moscow to Los Angeles and Poland to Israel, several Greek films have been selected to compete in the film festivals hosted at these cities.
The Dust of Time by Theo Angelopoulos will participate in the Moscow (June 19-28) and Montreal (August 27-September 7) international film festivals.
Minor Freedoms by up-and-coming director Costas Zapas’ will also screen at the festival in Montreal.
Small Crime by Christos Georgiou has already been screened at Seattle International Film Festival and will also be part of the at the Shanghai Festival and the L.A. Greek Film Festival programs.
Athens-Istanbul by Nikos Panayiotopoulos which will be participating at the La Rochelle International Film Festival in France, the Karlovy Vary Film Festival in the Czech Republic and Moscow’s International Film Festivals.
Following screening at Berlin’s International Film Festival, Strella by Panos Koutras will travel to the Tel Aviv Festival and La Rochelle.
Finally Ecce Momo! by Anastas Charalambidis is included in the Era New Horizons International Film Festival in Poland.
