Olivia Fourniotis is one of the three Shelford Girls’ Grammar students selected to take part in the Top Designs Exhibition – one of the highlights of the VCE Season of Excellence.

Held at the Melbourne Museum until 15 July, the exhibition showcases the leading work of the 2011 VCE students
Fourniotis was selected in the Food and Technology section, alongside students Sarah I ‘Anson and Camilla Roberts.
Head of Department Ildi Citler praised the work of all the students involved: “The work of these students was absolutely brilliant.”

Shelford Girls’ Grammar has a record of consistently very high performers in this dynamic discipline, in which cooking is but one aspect. The comprehensive program at Shelford involves food styling, nutrition and an elaborate portfolio presentation.
