The time is now for the Spartans. The team from Hawthorn is up against the challenge of winning their fourth premiership as they prepare to head into the Grand Final where they will meet Melbourne High School Old Boys Maroon.
The game will be held on Sunday 26 August at 9.20 am at the Box Hill City Oval, on the corner of Middleborough Road and Maroondah Highway.
The team is in high spirits ahead of the final, having managed to remain undefeated thus far, and after coming away with impressive victories against difficult opponents, such as the Old Xaverians.
A large crowd is expected to show their support for the team as they attempt to win their fourth title in the clubs history.
On the same day, at 2 pm, the club’s administration will hold a function at their home ground on Rathmines Reserve, on Rathmines Road in Hawthorn, in honour of the team. Entrance will be free and food and beverages will be served.
