Greek professional football player Panagiotis Kone has signed with Western United in the Australian A-league competition.

Kone is renowned for his rise in football, starting in the youth ranks of Olympiacos where he moved to Lens’ youth team. He has played professional football in AEK before moving to Iraklis. Kone moved to Serie A club Brescia, and after one season moved to Bologna in 2011 on loan before transferring permanently to the club in 2012.

Now, in Australia, he met with Neos Kosmos journalist Alexandros Anyfantis to talk about his goals and ambition.
