As part of Pronia’s Exercise Program and Health Literacy, a free information session on The Health of our Feet is being offered.

Open to all members of the community, it will be presented in English by a podiatrist from LINK Health & Community on Wednesday 8 May at Clayton Community Centre from 10.30 am until 12 noon.

Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, as well as participate in structured, chair-based exercises with Greek music (for all levels and ages) under the guidance of LINK Health & Community Allied Health staff.

An interpreter will be available on the day.

The session will be hosted in the Youth and Family Services Room (located through the courtyard in the middle of the complex) at Clayton Community Centre (9-15 Cooke St, Clayton VIC).To book your spot (essential), call Pronia on (03) 9388 9998.
