Living in an increasingly fast-paced society, stress and anxiety have reached new heights, with the need to take time for self-care more important that ever.

However looking after oneself can often take a backseat, especially when faced with challenging times.

Having recognised a growing need for support, Pronia is hosting a free interactive workshop next month to re-introduce the concept of self-care.

Hosted by Anton Anagnostou, the workshop will help attendees to identify strategies that can help to improve well-being in the day to day, as well as during particularly stressful times.
Mr Anagnostou will also give attendees the opportunity to put into perspective the important things in life, and empower them to take the necessary steps to live their best lives.
