Alex has had over nine years of active arts practice having begun with work in Fusion Theatre, a theatre devoted to artists with disabilities.
The judging process is designed to be transparent and is independent of the main sponsor and host, the City of Melbourne.
Entrants meet with members of the judging panel during the judging process that puts them in touch with a wide range of industry leaders and professionals. Judges often become ambassadors for the entrants and their achievements.
