A Greek-language story time was launched this Tuesday at Lalor Library and will run during the school holidays.
The event which was launched by the library’s branch manager Chantel Blitenhall, with the Principal of Lalor North Primary School, David Williams, in attendance.
Keeping with the theme of the bicentennial anniversary of Greek Independence, Kris Pavlidis, the president of PRONIA read a poem about the Greek flag to the children.

Ms Pavlidis said the library had prepared an activity bag containing a Greek flag as well as colouring material.
She said that the Greek language story time would be run again during the school holidays.
