Workers outside the National Archaeological Museum re-position a statue depicting Eirini holding Pluto atop the museum’s main entrance, in Athens, Greece, 14 September 2009.

The works are part of the last phase of major renovations at the museum.

Copies of the original ancient statues, depict the mythological gods Apollo, Hera, Ares and Eirini (Peace) with Pluto.

The previous clay replicas were removed after being badly damaged during a September 1999 earthquake.
