“My dad has taken two weeks off work to stay home with my sisters and I. I hope that we can do things together with dad like bowling and visiting friends. Over the holidays my cousins and I usually donate toys to the Ronald McDonald House so we will also be busy gathering the toys to donate to this worthy cause.”

“We are going to Queensland with my family and soccer club. My club will be competing in the Gold Coast Soccer Tournament in which 200 soccer clubs from around Australia will participate.”

“I will be using these school holidays to prepare not only for the VCE practice exams in the first week of Term 4, but also for the end of year VCE exams. However I see these holidays also as an opportunity to re-energise and spend some time with my family and friends – something you don’t really have the luxury of as a VCE student during the school term.”
