George Megalogenis, author and political journalist, will be presenting on three panels at the 2012 Perth Festival. As the senior political writer of The Australian and the author of Faultlines, The Longest Decade and Quarterly Essay 40: Trivial Pursuit: Leadership and the End of the Reform Era, Megalogenis will present his views, ideas and sharp political wit to the panels.

Megalogenis will present in the following panels: The Endless Multiplying Banality of Politics on Friday 24 February; Politics and The Press: The Unholy Alliance on Friday 24 February; and Australians All on Saturday 25 Feburary.

Angelo Koukakis has worked as a teacher, editor, publisher and scriptwriter and is currently the executive director of the Australian Society of Authors. He is the author of several books of non-fiction and fiction, including the collection of short stories For the Patriarch, winner of a New South Wales Premier’s Literary Award. His latest novel is Houdini’s Flight.
