The Good Design Awards are an international design promotion organisation responsible for awarding projects that are dedicated to improving the world and quality of life. The brand has received many awards for its supply chain transparency and ethics.

Greek Australian Nick Savaidis founded Etiko, as a way of marketing eco-friendly clothing, footwear and sports goods. His first lessons in ethical garment making were learnt as a child in the 1960s, watching his mother’s daily routine as a seamstress in their Melbourne home. It was an education he never forgot.
