The Tourism Ministry in collaboration with the Greek National Tourism Organisation have launched the “Destination Greece Health First” campaign.
This campaign aims to promote tourism to Greece while also giving prospective visitors information about COVID-19 health and safety measures.
The website gives some tips on what to do if you feel you might be ill with the coronavirus whilst on holiday and outlines air, land and sea travel guidelines.

For those visiting in the very near future, there is also a reminder to fill out the obligatory Passenger Locator Form at least 48 hours before arriving into the country.
A 30-second video was also uploaded as part of the initiative on the VisitGreece YouTube channel, with the narrator asking, “What would you want to remember first? That’s all you need to think about. Because behind your every ideal experience, there is a complete protocol for your safety in action.”
For those of us that are unable to enjoy the luxury of travel, there is still the “Greece From Home” campaign.
