AEK Athens and Olympiakos were set to kick of the Greek Cup final this Sunday but the game has been postponed after a discovery of 18 gasoline bombs and 12 large wooden bats.
Policed announced on Monday 20 July the gasoline bombs and wooden bats had been found hidden near the Georgios Kamaras Stadium in northern Athens where the match was set to take place.

There are fears that the items would be used in organised fan violence.
Consequently the Greek soccer federation decided to postpone the match to a later date and said they would be looking at possibly hosting the game at a new venue.
