In a Super League Greece 1 clash of champions on Sunday, Olympiacos beat last year’s Greek Cup winners PAOK 2-1 to lead the table by one point after seven games played.

The game was settled by two first-half strikes by Olympiacos’ Aguibou Camara and Giorgos Masouras. PAOK’s consolation goal came 10 minutes from time, courtesy of Thomas Murg. The 26-year-old Austrian winger was denied a penalty appeal in injury time.
