The 2022 date for the second “The Greeks Are Back” conference has already been set and it will take place in Athens with its aim of promoting Greece as an attractive investment location.

This year’s event, the first, drew 50 Greek senior executives of 40 large multinational companies in 12 countries. The participants offered concrete suggestions on how to improve Greece’s infrastructure to draw foreign investment.

A concise document drawn from the conference entitled, “Initiative for Foreign Investments in Greece” was presented to the Greek government, political parties, parliament as well as leading institutions and the Greek media.

The CEO of Public Affairs and Networks, which organised the event, Andreas Yannopoulos said: “The comments and impressions of all those who participated in the 1st Conference were extremely positive. Therefore, the bar is already set high for the future.

“Equally high, however, are both our commitment as organizers and, above all, I would say, the support and willingness of Greek senior executives abroad and company sponsors to participate and support. All this gives us confidence that we will have an even better second ‘The Greeks Are Back’ Conference in November 2022”
