Public lecture Crafts and Arts of Early Greece by University of Oxford Professor and Director of the Excavations at Lefkandi, Irene Lemos will be given at the University of Queensland, as part of her visit to Australia as a guest speaker of Australian Archaeological Institute at Athens (AAIA).
The lecture will be followed by dinner with the QLD Friends of the AAIA.
Professor Lemos will give another lecture while on her visit to University of Queensland – Lefkandi in Euboea: past and recent archaeological research, to be followed by drinks and dinner with Classics&Ancient History staff and students.
