Voluptuous model and new actress Kate Upton plays Athena in an ad for a new mobile game.

For ‘Game of War: Fire Age’, the vixen appears wearing shiny gold armour over a revealing white gown.

Fire-breathing dragons accompany Upton on the battlefield.

“Come and play with me,” she says, while fighting villains. “You could meet some of my friends.”

Dragons don’t seem to have had a presence in any story of Greek mythology we’ve read, except in HBO’s Game of Thrones. Even the title points a little to the famous TV series.

‘Game of War: Fire Age’ allows the user to play and chat with millions of other online players from around the world in 32 different languages in real time.

The players will also be able to ‘use’ the sexy model as a host avatar within the game.

“It is fantastic to be instrumental in the start of a new era in gaming and communications. I love playing the part of Athena,” Upton said.

According to Forbes, ‘Game Of War’ paid some $40 million to acquire Kate as the face of their new mobile game and adverts.

Surprisingly enough, Kate Upton looks identical to her character in the commercial – also blonde and curvaceous – wearing the exact same white dress.

We still don’t know if the character was made to look like Kate or if Kate was the most suitable option to play the Game Of War Athena.

“She’s such a bad-ass character, commanding armies, slaying hydra, charging into battle – the work shows how much fun it is, and I am proud to be part of it,” mused Kate.

The only problem is, Greeks as well as several historians across the globe seem to be a tiny bit offended by the blonde bombshell’s take on their most wise, assertive, virgin and non-provocative goddess.
