Angela Nicolettou from Angela’s kitchen will demonstrate how to make some popular Greek dishes at the Coburg Library as part of the Moreland Council’s Read More program.
The council offers a range of free events, including speakers and workshops to promote learning and reading in Moreland. Attendees can browse and borrow the most recent Greek books and DVDs full of mouth-watering Greek delicacies, while Angela gets to the heart of authentic Greek food ingredients, techniques, history and flavours. Angela’s cooking classes are based on authentic Greek cuisine, with modern Greek food fusions ensured to spark your appetite and inspire your cooking.
