Actress Amy Sedaris is reprising her animated role as Princess Carolyn in the TV show BoJack Horseman, which had its season two premiere on 17 July.

The series is an adult animated comedy with talking animals, with its first season launched in August last year on Netflix.

The plot develops around the life of BoJack (voiced by Will Arnett), a horse and cheesy ’90s sitcom star turned to a self-hating alcoholic trying to make a career come-back.

Sedaris voices the character of Princess Carolyn, an anthropomorphic cat who is also the manager and occasional partner of BoJack.

“A character like Princess Carolyn I don’t mind listening to at all. It all depends on the project. But I like to watch this,” the performer told the Canadian newspaper Metro.

The surreal satire has gained its place among the 50 Best TV shows on Netflix and all 12 episodes of the newly-launched second series are available online.
