With another successful year completed and its commitments fulfilled, Delphi Bank has achieved pleasing results over the last twelve months, with both customers and the wider community.

In return, the support received has helped the organisation achieve continued partnerships, progress in the banking sector and more importantly, growth as a bank.

Having already reached many significant milestones, Delphi Bank has recently added another to the list, with the first of the new-look branch designs rolled out in Torrensville, South Australia.

The stand-out site, located at 2/137-139 Henley Beach Road, is also the first to have the latest in digital media advertising installed, giving the premises the technological boost and competitive flaunt it deserves.

Formally launched on Wednesday 25 November, the new branch has been embraced by customers and the wider community in a positive light.

Following the holy blessing ceremony by Reverend Father Nicholas Pavlou, the branch was officially opened by the Honourable John Trainer (OAM), mayor of City of West Torrens.

“It is pleasing to see the bank succeed in its promise to go beyond banking to help our customers achieve their financial goals,” says chief executive officer George Tacticos.

“Our continued commitment to our customers is essential to our growth and the new look branch and digital interaction is only the beginning of new heights still to come”.

With an already solid footprint embedded on South Australian soil, Delphi Bank is continuously present at various community events such as Semaphore Greek Cultural Festival, Unley Greek Festival and Unley Gourmet Gala.

The bank will continue to serve and support local community growth through its interaction with a number of long-standing customers, small businesses and associations in conjunction with their neighbouring Unley branch.

Delphi Bank’s unrivalled insight into the Hellenic-Australian community brings reassurance to customers through their understanding and engagement of both financial and cultural requirements; this exceptional characteristic is perhaps considered to be the cornerstone of its growth.

“The new branch forms something much bigger than just a new location. It resembles our journey of growth and opportunity, and represents a strong connection with our Hellenic customer base,” says Mr Tacticos.

While the launch is an exciting new chapter for South Australia, the continued success of Delphi Bank is on a fast upward spiral. The bank is well-placed for future growth and expansion, more recently grounded by confirmed plans to open its first new branch in a new state in early 2016.

“We operate with one key objective in mind – to help increase the prosperity of the communities in which we serve. We believe that what’s good for our customers’ business is good for our business. This is the best reflection of our company’s vision and long-term strategy.”

Dedicated to making its customers’ banking experience a rewarding one, Delphi Bank turns gratefully to its key stakeholders for making its progress and growth possible.

“It is through the support of our customers, partners and the Hellenic-Australian community that Delphi Bank has been shaped into the organisation that it is today,” says Mr Tacticos.
