Easter was celebrated with the Greek communities of Queensland in the Greek
Orthodox Church at St Anna.

Apart from its traditional visitors, many of the
visitors were Greek Australians from other states that happened to be holidaying
there.
About 400 people had the Easter lunch in the premises of the Church
and other than the traditional lamb on the spit there were many trays of lemon
potatoes.

A special thanks has been sent out on behalf of the President to
the Ladies Auxiliary who managed to rustle up such great spread of delicious
food and to serve such large crowd.
