The kindergarten of Oakleigh Greek Orthodox College was reopened last week and the new facility was up and running last Tuesday. The brand new facilities were officially opened by the Hon. Anna Bourke – on behalf of the Commonwealth Government as part of the education revolution.
The blessing took place on Sunday 6 November with various members of the school community and dignitaries such as Kelly O’Dwyer, Member for Kooyong, and Eleni Lianidou, Consul General of Greece.
The kindergarten has been fit will all new equipment, new desks and carpet, interactive white boards to enhance the early learning experience of all the students.
