LOGOS Modern Greek Scholarships – postgraduate and undergraduate – are now open and the closing date is Friday 30 March 2012.

A grant from The Premier of South Australia has enabled the establishment of the LOGOS Modern Greek Scholarship. Up to 35 postgraduate and undergraduate LOGOS Modern Greek Scholarships will be awarded between 2012 and 2015, commencing in 2012.

Criteria for postgraduate students include: being Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia; normally reside in South Australia; normally be enrolled full-time at Flinders University in a postgraduate course leading to teaching Modern Greek through a Master of Teaching, Graduate Diploma in Language Teaching, or a Graduate Certificate in Language Teaching.

Criteria for undergraduate scholarships include: being Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia; normally reside in South Australia; normally be enrolled full-time at Flinders University in an undergraduate course leading to a Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Languages or a Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Modern Greek), specializing in the teaching of Modern Greek; or normally be enrolled full-time at another South Australian university, in a course that will qualify them to teach Modern Greek and be enrolled in cross-institutional topics in Modern Greek at Flinders University.
