Young chef Ella Mittas is set to conquer Melbourne’s food scene one Greek event at a time.

After the recent success of Ela at Amarillo, Ella Mittas is now hosting a regular Sunday once a month in the space as of Sunday 8 July.

There will be a full menu of regional Greek inspired meze, Greek wine and live rembetiko provided by Mairead Hannan and Wayne Simons.

Ella will be working closely with local suppliers, such as Donati’s Fine Meats and Northside Fruit and Vegetables, to create an authentic Greek menu, inspired by her time working in Greece.
