INFINITE AFFECTION/ Άπειρη Στοργή
When Greeks dance, we walk along a razor’s edge, balancing our bodies between joy and sorrow, pride and regret, life and death. Άπειρη Στοργή | Infinite Affection is a new dance collaboration between first and third generation Greek migrants. Luke Macaronas, a 23-year-old theatre maker, and Christos Konstantinides, a 67-year-old Greek dancer, experiment with Greek folk dance to explore how dance binds young and old together. This unique collaboration combines live music, theatre and dance to captivate and haunt audiences in its exploration of ageing, intimacy, migration and tradition. We are so excited to finally share this collaboration with you.
