She has since collaborated with children & young people of all ages and is part of the St Martins Youth Arts Centre.

New Experiences at Hellenic Museum

One of Melbourne’s biggest emerging Greek-Australian voices, the award-winning Kat Zam, is back at the Hellenic Museum to share two of her favourite exhibitions with you: The Messenger and The Oracle.

Despite exploring different topics in Greek history and myth, these contemporary installations share something important. They both invite visitors to understand and interact with ancient Greek art, history and culture in exciting new ways.

The Messenger is a permanent exhibition by internationally lauded artist Sam Jinks. The sculpture is inspired by a statue of the Greek goddess Iris from the west pediment of the Parthenon (now in the British Museum).

The Oracle is a free interactive experience available daily from 7am-11pm, where you can experience the ancient tradition of oracles for yourself, with the power of artificial intelligence.
