Celebrations aside, Olympiakos still has one match left in the Super League.

Last week in front of thousands of fans at home, the Reds hoisted up their fifth consecutive Super League title and capped it with a huge 5-0 win over Kalloni.

Chori Dominiguez and Kostas Mitroglou scored a brace each, with Kostas Fortounis also making the scoresheet for the champions.

Now, with nothing to play for, Olympiakos enters their last match against Platanias who are likely to finish 11th on the ladder.

They have had a very strong track record of late – five wins straight – so a win against Olympiakos might not be so hard to achieve.

Panthrakikos was the biggest winner of the penultimate round through its victory at Veria. Igor de Souza scored from the penalty spot to gift Panthrakikos three precious points against a nine-man Veria (1-0) and take the Komotini team level on points with Levadiakos.

Levadiakos and Panthrakikos are level on 40 points, with one of them set to follow Ergotelis, OFI and Niki Volou to the second division.

PAOK has risen to the second spot again through its win over Levadiakos, after Panathinaikos drew 1-1 at Kerkyra.

Only one point differentiates the two big clubs, meaning the fight for second place isn’t over just yet.
