After 3 years of engagement, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux decided to tie the knot.
The private ceremony was held at the couple’s luxury Bel Air home on Wednesday, August 6.
Aniston (46) and Theroux (44), exchanged vows in front of a superstar crowd of 75 guests including Ellen DeGeneres, Jimmy Kimmel, Sandra Bullock and former Friends’ actresses Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow.
Only a handful of people are said to have known about the wedding in advance. The rest of the guests thought it was just a house party until the priest showed up.
A cover story by the People Magazine alleges that the party budget reached $21 million.
After celebrating their big day, Mr and Mrs Theroux jetted off to Bora Bora to spend their honeymoon, accompanied by some of their closest friends.
As for pictures, there are currently none. The newlyweds applied a ‘no mobile’ rule collecting all phones from guests upon arrival, so that nothing could leak on social media.
According to marie claire, chances are that the couple will choose to sell their photos and give funds raised to a charity or keep the whole thing under wraps.
