Former Health Minister of the Northern Territory Kon Vatskalis has been appointed regional manager of the Leukaemia Foundation in the Northern Territory.

The announcement was made last week, with Mr Vatskalis stating that he always had the intention of staying in the area following his retirement and believes his new role will allow him to continue supporting the community.
