Under the patronage of the Serbian and Greek Consul generals, A night at the Opera – Songs for Serbia event will be held next Thursday in Sydney.

The night will feature the magnificent voices of soprano Penny Pavlakis, tenor Rosario La Spina, mezzo soprano Milijana Nikolic and baritone Michael Lewis, who join their formidable talents in aid of their fellow brothers and sisters in Serbia who have recently been hit with devastating floods.

Program will include arias, duets, trios and quartets from Tosca, Turandot, Carmen, The Magic Flute, Rigoletto, as well as Italian, Greek and Serbian songs by these world class artists. At the piano will be Opera Australia’s Frances Greep.

The event is a charity fund raiser.
