On Friday 27 May 2016 Greek Australian Anastasios Tsitsiras won the 70kg mid-sole weight title, the same distinction that Iron Mike Zambidis won here in Melbourne on Tarik Solak promotions.
Anastasios has had a record of 41 wins in 49 fights and is a former IKBF world title holder which makes him a two-time world champion representing Greek Australians.
The champion will be fighting again in February next year defending his A1 world title on the show Tarik Solak promotions.
The 27-year-old A1 wgp, is now one off Australia’s top kick-boxers at 70kg.
