Την περασμένη Παρασκευή έγινε ο ετήσιος χορός του HACCI κατά την διάρκεια του οποίου απονεμήθηκαν και τα ετήσια αριστεία γνωστά ως «2017 HACCI Excellence Awards».
Σύμφωνα με το Δελτίο Τύπου που στάλθηκε στον «Νέο Κόσμο», φέτος τα βραβεία απονεμήθηκαν τα εξής:
*The Spiros Stamoulis Award for Lifetime Achievement – Andreas Andrianopoulos
*The Award for Sporting Excellence, awarded by Heidelberg United Football Club – Peter and Manny Gelagotis
*The Bank of Sydney Award for Business Excellence – Napoleon Perdis
*The Award for Community Service, awarded by Pronia – Kon Karapanagiotidis (accepted by his mother, Sia Karapanagiotidis)
*The Award for Professional Excellence, awarded by M+K Lawyers – John Kallitsas
*The Chris Saristavros Award for Young Achievement – Eleni Glouftsis
*The inaugural Award for Women of Influence, awarded by the Melbourne Business School – Angela Mentis.
