A Greek mythology theme park dedicated to the 12 Olympian gods will open its doors on 4 October at the International Exhibition Centre of Thessaloniki.

The 2,100 square metre theme park will operate under the supervision of historian Thanos Veremis under the auspices of TIF-Helexpo and Placebo Events. Visitors of all ages will be welcome to the premises to enjoy Greek mythology and ancient Greece.

“Technology meets mythology and together, for the first time in Greece, come together to create the most interesting entertaining theme park,” TIF-Helexpo said in an announcement, adding that there will be a focus on the life of the Olympian gods through imprints, projections, guided tours and interactive exhibits among others.

The theme park will run from 4 October to 15 January, 2020.
