A Divine Liturgy commemorating the Christians killed in the Genocide and the martyrdom of Metropolitan Bishop Chrysostomos of Smyrna will be held at 9am on Sunday, 15 September. At the conclusion of the liturgy, people will be invited to move to the cenotaph outside the Church where a Trisagion (Memorial) Service will take place honouring the memory of victims of the 1922 Genocide. This will be followed by the placement of wreaths.

The Asia Minor Greek Historical Association invites all Greek Associations, families and friends to lay a wreath in honour of the victims of the Christian Genocide of Asia Minor, the martyrdom of Metropolitan Chrysostomos, and in memory of our forefathers who survived the Catastrophe of Smyrna in 1922.
