Greek Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios’ behaviour during their heated meeting at the Rome Masters in May has not been forgotten by Norwegian young gun Casper Ruud, aged 20.

Kyrgios was defaulted in their game after he smashed a racquet, kicked a water bottle and threw a chair. He was up 2-1 in the deciding third set and was fined and forfeited 45 ATP points, but that was not enough for Ruud.

The young Norwegian said. “I’m not the only one who thinks he should be suspended for at least half a year.”
