Two Greek Australian women are at the helm of the Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Councils of Australia (FECCA), the peak national body representing Australians from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

The board of FECCA elected Mary Patetsos as its chairperson and Kris Pavlidis as its Deputy Chairperson. Cr Pavlidis also serves as Councillor of Whittlesea and is the Chairperson of Ethnic Communities’ Council of Victoria Inc, whereas Ms Patetsos is a professional Board Director serving on both national and South Australian Boards with a commitment to achieving positive change.

FECCA advocates and promotes issues on behalf of its constituency to government business and the broader community.
