Tennis star Nick Kyrgios has been recruited for the campaign to revive Canberra’s tourism sector in the wake of the bushfires.

The government’s marketing agency, VisitCanberra, is using Kyrgios as one of the local personalities to invite locals and visitors to the ACT as part of the #holidayhereCBR campaign that hit social media channels in late January.

Kyrgios is not getting paid any money to take part in the commercials.
