With the fight against Covid-19 taking its toll on all public events, Pedia School in Clayton South, Melbourne, celebrated the forthcoming Greek National Day in advance by calling on its students to come dressed in blue and white clothing.

The students, from the youngest to the oldest, got stuck in with their teachers to make out of paper, crepe and other materials posters of the Greek flag and slogans that reflected the importance of the day.

“It was such a lovely day and we were so proud to see our children embracing our history and culture – a very important part of history and our children have learnt it the fun way,” said Margaret Kolokithas.
